We use an electric skillet lots. For many years our

Sunbeam Stainless was perfect. Then we had to replace

the controller. Then it overheated, especially for

meals with tomato sauce (like Chicken Cacciatore).

So we bought a new Sunbeam Stainless. It does the

Chicken Cacciatore just great, but never heats up

quite enough for fried taters and fried onion

rings.

Need to replace both with a Stainless 12-inch electric

that heats honestly. Ideas??
