When was this rating done? The last I knew they rated the Volrath the highest. I don't subscribe to the site so can't read the ratings.

I don't subscribe either, but I did see there was something about cookie sheets in March of 1998. Amazon said they were rated highest by Cooks Illus.

My bread pans are tin-plated and they are the best: heavy, nice square corners, easy to grease by hand or with spray, and easy to clean. The heavy tin bakes bread well with a good crust, but prevents the crust from burning as sometimes happens with a thin bread pan.
