HI Everyone,

I've had absolutely no experience with electric knives. I know they are mainly for meat and bread but I've been wondering if there may be one that could be used on yams, potatoes and other hard veggies?

I'm finding it more difficult to cut and cube yams with my regular knives and am looking for an easier way to get the cutting done without destroying and or harming everything in the process-lol.

I'm grateful for any replies!
