My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Ultrex Cookware (Innova) purchased from HSN

10-28-07: I was told by a Home Shopping Network supervisor that HSN no longer compensates for Ultrex cookware. I just found out that Ultrex (Innova) went out of business and have read several blogs about complaints about HSN. Someone suggested filing complaint with Better Business Bureau against HSN. Has anyone had any response from HSN's legal department (i.e. HSN credit, HSN credit toward cookware)? The HSN supervisor told me that they are no longer giving credit...when was this happening and why weren't HSN customers warned about Innova's joke of a warranty.
