Help with oven layout

OK, I've pretty much decided for my new kitchen to go with a gas oven, an Advantium microwave and the Gaggi combisteam oven. Ideally, I'd love for the all to be mounted at arm level, but practically, that's not possible. I have room for one wall-oven stack, so I think my only option is to put two in the wall and one under-cabinet (or as a range if it's the regular gas oven).

So concretely I'm thinking of either the BlueStar 36" range and stacking the Advantium and Combisteam in the wall or putting a gas oven and one of the other two in the wall and the left-out unit under the counter. Plumbing the waste line from the steam oven through the floor is not a problem.

My thoughts are the the regular oven will likely have the heaviest items to put in or out, so having it on the wall would be nice for my back. On the other hand, the other two will likely see more everyday use (at least from what I read here).

Anyway, my question to you is which one should I put down low? Anybody regret putting any particular thing below the counter?

Thanks.

Andrew
