The one at target does not look to be quite up to the quality of the aroma.

I wanted on just for cooking veggies and baking potatoes, so my needs are not quite the same as your Mom's.

I think it might be worth a try.. I am going to, anyhow.
Hope I am not disappointed.

I think the ones with infrared might be better.
Be sure to get one with glass container. Some have plastic
