might add some red hearts on the white bulbs or maybe just some glitter to make it look more like a valentine wreath.

not as easy as it sounded to keep the bulbs stright, I took it apart and rearanged to many times, then desided to leave it alone, I can see why you should use a white coat hanger as some of the coat hanger showed no matter how I tried to cover it, maybe wrap coat hanger with that white tree stuff( cant think what its called) as you add bulbs.
