Not having seen the item you saw, I may be on the wrong track but I did a quick search for "sock stick pony" and there were a few references....one was here....hope that helps... would love to see one... I usually keep a camera in my purse when I attend these things so I can snap a quick shot of things of interest, if that is not possible, I give them a good once over and then scoot away to make notes ;)
