How about toothbrush holders? Know they aren't clear, but maybe you could find some clear ones, or use particular colors for particular sizes, I do, and have for years. Find they are the greatest, and no breakage!

If you do find the cigar holders will you give us a yell..they are a hot commodity in the Altered Arts community and really hard to find.

One lady suggested I go to e bay. I did and found several but I do not want to pay for them. I would like to get them free or by trading. ggks

Those who do altered art or multi medium arts...are considered part of the altered art community.

Vanilla beans come in glass tubes. Or you can try a lab for used test tubes.

I have seen them at the flea markets and yard sales, ( not free )but cheap.

You might check in the grocery candy aisles for the M&M minis that come in colored plastic tubes. They are a nice size, very sturdy, and have a top that is attached and snaps closed. If you're not an m&m eater, you could certainly find someone to give the candy to, and just keep the tubes.

GGKS...might be able to help you. I know I have some put away that were given to me because my friends know that I would probably find a use for them.
