For those who were asking recently if I ever got my Wolf induction issue resolved (sounded like a friggin' bug zapper).... It fixed itself! I realized that it hadn't bothered me recently and wondered if I had just adapted. Yet the noise had been so very annoying I don't know how I could..... Anyway, I pulled out all my pans and tried them, and it is no longer making the noise! With cast iron, I hear essentially nothing... With the AllClad, a much fainter zap or tick, Nothing jolting and certainly nothing I can hear from another room! I am wondering if there was indeed something loose and it has settled/stuck somewhere inside where it can no longer rattle and zap. The service guy was at my house for something else, and I had him listen too- he totally agreed we had gone from abnormal to normal. I made him promise to remember that did sound normal, just in case it should happen again! But I love how this thing cooks so much and now it is finally quiet... So I think I am going to keep this one and not wait for the different one they were trying to find for me.

So... For the others experiencing the noise.... There is hope!
