Please explain the balloon flip-flops. I have made some that you crochet with fun fur.

Do you crochet? Or latch hook rug?

Knitting, crocheting, counted cross stitch, latch hooking are all things to do to make the time pass more quickly in a car.

Sue mentioned most of the usual easy take along crafts. I also started doing primitive stitcheries a month or so ago and they're pretty simple. I can do quite a few in a day if I want to and what's really neat about it is they're not supposed to look perfect so it makes it easy for a beginner!

I started doing yo-yo's a few months back. You just need to know how to do basic sewing to make those. Take scrap fabric basically or small amounts and cut them into the same size circles and sew around the edge and pull to make them. Then you sew many of them together to make anything, doilies, quilts, tree ornaments, etc.

We are doing a beach themed camp this summer. We want to make the balloon flip flops. We just aren't sure how many balloons to allot per flop or pair of flops. Your directions say 1 bag, but is that 25, 50, 100? We only have 2 weeks left to figure this out - Help!
