My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Too bad

I just joined this forum a few days ago and have found everyone to be gracious except for maybe one. Life is too short to have to deal with unfriendly people and I am signing off because I have found a forum that is friendly, nice people, and no one butts in as the police. I have found my care bear alphabet and the person who contacted me is sending it to me for free. Can you imagine. This is the place where I want to be. Good luck to you all.
