How about just plain paper brown lunch bags upon which you have painted "paws" and pics of dog bones. Just dip a finger into black paint and make a paw print. You can put the bisquits in plastic zip up bags or with the ties and put them inside the lunch bags. At Michael's Craft Store they have small fabric ribbons with sayings on them. I believe I saw one about dogs, or dog pics.

If you can gather some small coffee cans with the plastic lids or baby formula cans and either base coat them with white paint or make a wrapper to fit and put your own touch to it. We put a dozen medium "bone biscuits" in each can. After we had based the tins, we painted a taupe colour and "flecked" them all with dark brown. After that dried we painted on a bone large enough to print the pets' name on with a Sharpie pen, and tied raffia and a piece of plaid ribbon around the top to sort of finish it off and pull it together. We sold all we had (24) and could have sold more as a lot of people loved the fact it was "personalized" to their liking.

I would contact the co. Uline and see what they make for bags for food storage. You can probably use a regular plastic bag but I have seen some dog bones on shelves for resale that have become moldy. I don't know if the bag they are using to sell them in has anything to do with that.
