I'd like it stenciled onto a board, like a sign. Distressed and weathered. Or maybe onto a tray with Wallies in Wine bottles. OR onto a a Chef's apron!

I would do a shadowbox frame. Use wine labels for the backdrop (or craft papers with wine bottles on them). Print the quote on some heavy card stock or handmade paper and edge that paper with a wide line of burgundy and a thinner line of gold, done with craft paint or paint markers.

Attach that to the back of the frame on top of the decorative paper, but elevated with some pieces of thick craft foam squares on the back of the quote to give it depth and lift it off the backing paper.

Add a cluster of corks down in one front corner glued in place in a casual tumble. Attache a few small clusters of faux champagne grapes and leaves, one in the upper corner, a larger cluster in the bottom right corner.

Get a roll of grapevine or unroll a wreath of small grapevine, and twine some of that around the back, under the grapes, etc.

What a great saying. I may borrow it. I will make a bag for carrying a wine bottle and glasses in for a picnic or something. I'll stitch the saying on it, add some cloth napkins, some cheese and crackers, a small knife and of course a bottle opener. I love the Sign or shadowbox ideas too.

I have a favorite quote I found earlier this summer. "I hate it when I see one of those road signs that says "Draw Bridge Ahead" and I don't have a pencil."

I was thinking of making it like a scrapbook page and then putting it in a frame like a shadowbox as mentioned above. Ypou could also print it out and decopauge it on a box and decorate appropriately.
