I love a bear pattern called "Suzy's Zoo" - its a 2 piece pattern and is available from Simplicity.
Once in a while you can find it on e-bay for 1.00 + shipping - well worth the price or maybe check Joann's or Hobby Lobby when they they have the 99 cent pattern sales.
