Have you tried a google search for "how to make hair bows"? You should be able to find lots of instructions. I like taking an elastic ponytail holder and tieing strips of lace on it. Those make really full and nice ponytail bows.

There were some on here last year , I think in the fall. Check the old posts for hairbows. Jan
