If you can't find any, you may be stuck with a single dishdrawer, which isn't a bad thing in MY book, but you'd only be able to fit one in. I think it'd be worth the compromise to keep such a nice sink.

Have you thought about using dish washer drawers instead? They can be used singly, but I believe even two of them stacked are shorter than a regular built-in dishwasher.

"??Reasonable??" pricing starts at about $650 for a single drawer if I read the internet shopping sites right. A two-drawer at around $800, to start.

I think that your going to find that all standard style dishwashers are 34 + inches tall. Miele and Bosch are right at 34 inches, most others are taller.

The only choice this will leave you is a single Dish Drawer

surfkat is mostly correct. Current generation of Miele will install at a minimum of 33 1/4".

The prior generation G600/800 could install at a min. of 32 1/4 on the G600 series. You could lower it about another 3/8 if you removed the level legs and set it on the floor.
It's possible you might find a place that still has a G600 display or discontinued stock but it's getting slim because these were rare to begin with. Probably wouldn't meet your reasonable price either , but it is an option.

You're really stuck with a single DD, or now DW.

Do you have a hole to fit or are you retrofitting and willing to carve into the existing cabinetry? Is there anyplace besides right next to the sink it could possibly go? I wouldn't want it much further, but if it could go just past the drainboards, it might be close enough to be functional. (Of course, older kitchens don't always HAVE all that extra space to pick and choose, but maybe yours is unusual. )

Oo I like that. (And I had that same faucet in my old '30s house. And they STILL make them!). What was I looking at? O yeah. I think to maintain that look, an 18" would be better than a drawer. I don't suppose one of those doors would be as big as 18" would they?

Well, you certainly can't put in a full size DW in the remaining cabinets past your drainboard. That's for sure!

If you need more ideas on fiddling with cabinetry to make the DW fit in and look right, the kitchen forum people may have some thoughts.

That sink is the same kind of sink my great-grandmother had in her house in Denver, and I remember holding onto her skirts as a little kid and watching her do the dishes. So I am trying to keep the sink around. The sink is unwieldy, though -- and it likes to break dishes!
