Sorry it took me a bit to get back to you here Linda, I had an issue I had to take care of.

Again, it's right at your fingertips on your computer. In the web browser line - type in "downloading graphics" and, at least on my computer, I get several pages of websites. The second one I see in the white page (not the top sites in the blue) says "Directions for Downloading Graphics on the Internet by the Original...." If you're able to get that particular web site, remember when you're reading it, this is a Graphics Artist who is explainng how to download her particular graphics. The procedure will be the same if you were to buy other graphics and not from her site. As she explains, when you purchase them online - she is going to email them to you, you open up the site, just as you would an email, find the graphic you want and double click on it, click once on it and then right-click and you will get a little menu that says among other things "copy," click on copy (the same pic will be on your screen, it will look like nothing happened) but then go to and open a blank page in a program like Windows, put your cursor at the tope of the new page (you will be there anyways) and at the very top menu bar, click on "Edit" - see "Paste," click on Paste and the Graphic you copied will be pasted to that blank page. Next go the top menu again and click on "File" - see "Save As," click on that, a box will open up in the middle of your screen, at the middle top of that box screen, you will see a little folder which will mean "open a new folder" click on that and it will give you the option to Name the New Folder. Let's say you opened a new folder already in "My Documents" which you named "Graphics"), if you have already opened a new folder then using the dropdown arrow, find your "Graphics" file, click on it and that folder name will appear in the box sreen in the white rectangular. You are now ready to save the graphic in that folder. Name the Graphic what you want to call it "Christmas Block Santa" (whatever) and then hit the save button. Go back to the Graphics site and do the same till you save all the Grapics as individual pictures. It may be that when they are downloaded to your computer, when you open the document, it will give you instructions on how to download them. It may be that you download All of the Graphics you get online in one big package and from there you will be able to go and right-click on the Graphic you want to use and then copy it to a separate page (sort of reverse what I said above).

Gosh, I hope this helps you. It's not hard at all, it's just learning it that first time that seems a bit scarey and yes, again, you can do this too!!!

Before you purchase online graphics though (you might send the site/person an email first and ask what will be involved when you purchase them), do you get instructions to download, etc. I'm sure they will be very helpful.

Linda - you can practice right in this forum on how to download a pic (then graphics when you get them). I am going to attach a pic to this post and as you would be looking at any other photo someone posted, open it by double clicking on the highligted site - when it opens, right-click on the pic and you will get the little menu that says "copy" - hit the copy button - and do as I mentioned above - or hit the "Save As" button and the little box screen will appear - If you haven't already opened a Graphics folder, again do as I mentioned above. You'll be able to save my pic to your computer - just as you are going to do with the Graphics.

I'll check back later tonight for a reply you saw this and were or were not able to download this pic. If you're not available tonight, well then I'll just check again tomorrow, how's that!!!!

Glad I could help. I knew if you already had them loaded to Photobucket - it was just a matter of copy and paste to get them in the message :) You had the hard part done already.
