Just got home & was ready to post !!! My fair was at the state fairgrounds. Beautiful pavillion ... excellent organization - (because a crafter sponsored it and knew how to do it RIGHT ! ) Constant flow of people --a wide variety of crafts - just perfect. I did horrible - this was my worst fair ever ! I had more "gifty items " in stained glass ... What was really selling was painted wood Halloween & Thanksgiving decorations. -- Especially Lawn signs ! I'm amazed at how big Halloween has become. The other thing was selling like crazy is what the lady next to me was doing . She had her laptop there AND her printer - and she was printing out customized candy wrappers . People were flocking to her booth. She sold them $1.50 each or 6 for $6 ... she got tons of orders for 6 that she was going to mail out .. That's about it -- the craft report for Oct. !

I had a show today also and did great - was really happy. I sell mainly gag gifts, survival kits and accordion scrapbooks. I made $542.00. My son sells $5 marshmallow guns and he made $120. I was really excited after having a bummer show last Sat. (I made $75 then).

This was at a huge JVS and they charged $2 admission. But it was full of people all day long and they were buying. I didn't get a chance to get around much to check out the other booths, so I'm not sure what else was there. I love it when that happens. :0)

Tired but happy tonight. Now alot to get done for next weekend.

Arlene, I saw you were from Ohio. What part of Ohio are you from if you don't mind me asking. I'm in Central Ohio, little town called Raymond. Glad you had a really good show.
