Hi, I'm new to this forum. Mostly lurk at the KT.

I tried posting this on the decorative/tole painting forum, but it doesn't seem to be as active as over here. This question isn't really for a craft, but I figured you all would probably have encountered something like this in some of your projects at some point or another.
I have a white vinyl shower curtain that I am thinking about stenciling or stamping or free-handing (not my first choice), but not sure what type of paint would be best.

This shower curtain will NOT be used in the bathroom so humidity is not an issue.

I would appreciate your expertise for this project. I just don't know what type of paint or paint pens or paint brands that will work on vinyl.
