Seems to me you should each just get together and work on a gift for the others in your own field....maybe a jewerly box with a stain glass inset that is hand painted. The third could make a piece or two to put into the boxes.

Another idea is to try your hand at making a Christmas scrapebook..maybe telling the story of your friendship thru pics and stories.

One year a bunch of us made Temari balls. You can make the pattern as complex or simple as you want. Since we were all beginners, we went simple. Here is the site with instructions.

How about making something like bird (or other wildlife) treats? Maybe each of you could search the net and come up with something you want to make, like birdseed wreaths, peanutbutter-pinecones, dried apple & cranberry stringers, etc. You could each make enough of something so each of you could go home with one of everything. Sounds good to me, anyway. lol!
