These are easy and come out perfectly every time. Fun to do with kids.

Pretzel & Rolo Turtles

Heat oven to 200 degrees F. Place mini pretzels (regular shape or waffle style) on cookie sheet. Place unwrapped Rolo on top of each pretzel and bake for a few minutes just to soften up the Rolo. If the top is shiny, it should be ready. Remove and immediately place a pecan on each Rolo and press down slightly. Let cool.
As far as the time in oven to melt the chocolates, after a couple minutes I just use a toothpick to see if they're soft enough to squish the pecan onto.

And I don't place the pretzels directly on the cookie sheet. I use a piece of parchment paper. Just easier cleanup.
