64' Philips Magnavox Blurry Problem

I'm having issues with my projection TV. I have a very cloudy and blurry image with some slight color issues. I've removed the back to check the CRT Coolant and it all seems new and clear with no issues. I've read about the gain/contrast knobs underneath but haven't messed with them yet....is this where I should start? Any suggestions?

That is a huge tv, I would see if watching it from your neighbors house helped. I know some brands develop issues with the chips and a little soldering a new chip in place solves the problems. Do a search with the make and model number in yahoo or google and issue. It is very possible you can find what you need just doing that.
