Viking Husqvarna Designer SE & Windows 7

My message was I got a new laptop for Christmas with Windows 7 on it and I have a Viking Designer SE. I have the 4d Embroidery for my laptop. I did my design and tried sending it to my embroidery machine and the message came up "Window System Error. Please close and restart all software." I did that but it still would not work. I am thinking it is windows 7 is not compatible with my Designer SE. Help.

You probably need to go to the HV site and download the drivers for the software that are compatible with Windows 7.

Hi, I'm a little late posting or checking this site, but if you still use it I have a place you can probably find your answer. She specializes on the Viking machines and is wonderful in a whole lot of different areas. Good Luck!
