I too have a 400. I am using it every day. I now wish that I would have gone bigger, with a larger hoop. The 400 does embroidery designs in a 4X4 size. Mine works wonderfully, and I really do like it alot, but still wish I would have gone with one that uses a larger hoop,

I have had a Scandinivia 400 for two years and am unable to use the embroidery feature from my computer to get onto the sewing machine. I have been to 2 local vendors who cannot help. Is there an online video that would be easy to follow? Thanks.
