I have a Janaome 350e. Sometimes it works fine, others it keeps stopping & telling me to re-thread. I do this, & same thing happens. I checked bobbin & it is pulling out counter clockwise. Tried designs in 2 different hoop sizes, changed needles. The needle stitches are loose, and bobbin thread bunches up. Any idea? I've waited until retirement to pursue this hobby & am getting frustrated.
