I use polystar all the time. Washes great, stitches great, and matches Brother colors exactly. I have even used it for freestanding lace. Another plus to the polystar - it's a 50wt thread which makes it great for dense / high stitch count designs. Also, Robinson Anton makes thread colors specifically to do Disney Designs. You may have to use a color chart.
