Can anyone tell me what it means when the machine just stops after the design has been printed and the red power lights just starts flashimg. Also, the bar will not return to the standby position. I cant go any further because of this. I am a beginner and have found the manual and online support useless. I really would like to learn how to do this but I am to the point of frustration and ready to return the machine and choose another brand.
