I have PE Design 7 which I understand is brand new. However, I figure that my question involves something that would apply to any of them. I am brand new to machine embroidery and am obviously doing something stupid. I ordered a CD of flip flop designs from sewswell.com and cannot get it to open up. I keep getting a message that my parameters are incorrect. Now, I did manage to get one design to open but honestly, I have no clue how I did that. I've messed with this so much that I don't know what I did to get that particular one to open but sure can't get the others to open. HELP!!!!!
