I was wondering if anyone could help with this problem. When doing a monogram on my Brother PR620, sometimes the machine will stop, cut start a stitch, cut, skip, start at stitch, cut etc for blocks at a time. Then it starts normally. It doesn't do this on my Brother PE770. On the screen it does show a few blank patches and that is where it starts doing the start and stop thing. Any ideas on what is wrong?
