Have a Vizio flat panel with LED. Recently, remote quit accessing TV and I can only turn on by way of controls on TV. I called Vizio and they determined it was the remote. They sent new remote and it still does not turn TV on and off. It does nothing but light up LED on remote. I have tried all instructions in unit book, but to no avail. What do I do now?
