I have a Brother PE150 embroidery machine. My problem is it won't stich. The pattern is selected on the machine, the thread is in but it won't stich. It comes back with the upper or lower thread ir cut. Does anyone have any ideas what the problem is?

Also does anyone know how to clean this embroidery machine and where the senor is and how to clean it?

Is the PE 150 an embroidery only machine? I have a Brother combo machine, and it won't embroider with the foot pedal connected. The only other things I can think of are to make sure the presser foot is down and the hoop is attached to the arm correctly. Have you tried another embroidery design? Maybe there is something wrong with the design you're using.
