My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Brother 900d Problem

Has any one had problems with the embroidery fonts? I am using the internal standard block font, resized to 3/8" printing 'MASON'S SOCCER OUTFIT'. The "Os" are noticeably lower and thinner (less thread count) than the rest of the letters. Brother tech said "Yes it is bad, but nothing he could do". The result is not acceptable..... We are using firmware 1.1 (the latest). What is the solution?
