When we start stove up blows good then shuts down to low speed hardly nothing. Lights blink continously. Soots up glass. we have cleaned it every week.

I would go to hearth.com as they have a dedicated pellet stove forum and also a bunch of people with Whitfield knowledge. It is another very helpful and enjoyable forum to be a part of.
