My cousins gave me a nice size (heavy!) Zenith last week when they got a flat screen. One of our friends put it in the back of his pickup truck, tied it down, and transported it (we're about 2 hrs away).

The TV now has a jiggle to the picture on ALL the channels, AND it has the "rainbow" on the entire screen, too. I think a degausser might work on the rainbow, but we don't have one. I'm not sure what to do bout the jiggle. We tried hooking it up where our old (smaller) TV is, hooking it up in the bedroom, and hooking it up with it new cables. Jiggles and rainbow.

I think it was traumatized in the truck over bumpy roads.

Is it worth fixing, do ya think? I'm guessing it's about 6 or 8 years old.
