philips tv problem

I have a Philips t.v. model 44pl9523/17 chassis # em7u aa.The set will turn on to the warm up stage (orange light)but as soon as the light goes green it starts to shut down.The light blinks orange slowly (3 secs on & 3 secs off) until it completely shuts off. There is never a picture or a change to the screen.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We have a Phillips 51in projection tv, two years old. It was pluged into a outlet controlled by a light switch on the wall. Was turned off then right back on.Tv will not come on now. Power button blinks 6 times then 1 time then repetes this pattern untill we unplug it. Tried leaving it unpluged for a while. Still no picture.Model#51pp9200d/37 Serial#ya1a0616026092. HELP !
