My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Humorous cards...

I HOPE this will be a funny thread?!

One of my fave "occasion"-cards shows 2 young Women at a table....
Cover:
Woman #1: "Where's the party at?..."
Woman #2" "You shouldn't end a sentence with a preposition..."

Inside:
Woman #!: "OK...where's the party at, B^tch...?"

Damn that's funny to me!

Faron
