I have a question. I had a home built by DR Horton back in 2002. When it was being built they initially put down the wrong tile. The then put the correct tile down. I had to get a new dishwasher and it could not be installed because they put tile on to of tile. I had to have my countertops pulled up in order to have the dishwasher installed. When the pulled out the old dishwasher you could see the old tile underneath where the dishwasher set. I called them and they sent out one of their contractors who realized that it was indeed tile on to of tile. Do I have any right for them to replace the tile?
