My husband and I are building a home, and had Prism grout used throughout our home extensively in several different areas, and in several different colors. We had a huge problem with this grout. It did not set correctly. It looks okay, but in one room it came out splotchy. So we called Custom and their manufacturers rep came over and inspected it. By simply putting some water on it, it began to dissolve and come out with a brush. If we had not seen this and called the rep in when we did, we would never have noticed until we moved in and cleaned our floors.

Our grout is being tested by Custom, we have not heard the results, but they are standing behind their product and will pay to have it all removed and redone with their regular grout or any other grout. At this point we do not know if our tile installer screwed it up, or if indeed there is a problem with their Prism grout. Any one else have this issue besides us? Help!
