My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Craftsman (chamberlain) garage door problems

I have a Craftsman (Chamberlain) garage door opener (model number 1265) that has two problems.

First, the remote opener will open the door, but will not close the door. I've replaced the batteries and the problem remains.

Second, I have to press and hold down the wall-mounted controller for the door to close. (The door will open properly by pressing the white pad)

Any suggestions?
