So I saw a sofa that I really liked on the leathertrend website, in their online catalog. So I call my local furniture stores with the model number and none can find it in their inventory or in their special order catalog. They say perhaps it's a sofa they're making for a specific retailer only. Ok, so I can't find a customer service number on their site, but there is a contact form. I submit it...wait 2 weeks...nothing. I then email them direct asking where I can find the sofa....2 weeks later nothing. I email again asking what's up, is the sofa discontinued, I've emailed 3 times etc etc...1 week later..nothing. Wondering if this company actually has a customer service department!??? Needless to say, I'm ready to move on, their lovely sofa isn't worth all this crap. i can only imagine what their real Customer Service is like after you purchase from them! Sheesh!
