I tried numberous ways to program the keypad (numbers 0-9, # * without the "enter" key) for Liftmaster 8500 garage door opener (it has a yellow smart learn button), but could not get it to work. First the garage door opener ID is not among those listed in the manual, and secondly most instructions on line are for the keypads with an "enter' button, which mine does not have.
