My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Sears GDO works but overhead lighting won't

19 years ago

Though the GDO functions fine, the trip sensor no longer turns on the lights. I tried replacing what i thought were dead bulbs but...no go. One of the just replaced sensors has an amber light. Realign? or replace?
