Asbestos Tile

Here is my situation. I am in the process of removing quite a few layers of linoleum and sub floor. Upon removing my last section of sub floor (in a small section) I found 9x9" tiles which I believe are ACM tiles. Once I found these tiles I stopped removing the flooring until I was able to do some research and find out what to do. Exposed are about 6 tiles. I did slightly break off a few chunks of 2 tiles (totaling not more that the size of a hand) to see if the material was at all brittle, which it was. The only other exposure may have come from removing the 6 screws that were through the sub floor into the tile. My house was built in 1961. The sub floor over the tiles has been screwed down through the tiles. I would like to remove the flooring to the tiles and then install new sub floor over the tile. My concern is that by backing out the screws I am going to expose myself to the asbestos fibers? The sub floor over the tiles is luon. Could I peel the linoleum off the luon, insert a new piece of luon over the asbestos that I have exposed, and tile over that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
