My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Remote will open but won't close garage door

I have two problems that I can't find answers to in the manual:

1. I have one remote control device and the battery in the remote is working. The remote will open but won't close the garage door.

2. To close the garage door using the wall operator, I have to press the large button until the door is completely close or it will stay open.

Can you help?
