Our GC has had a couple of recent bad experiences with the flooring sub we were planning to use. Any recommendations for flooring contractors working in the up state NY area (we are in Ithaca) would be greatly appreciated. We are looking for someone to do mostly tile and some engineered wood on a radiant heated slab. We were considering scored and stained concrete, but have been unable to find anyone with experience (and references) in our area.
