Stumbled across your posting today (Aug. 2, 2009). Did you ever get any information on the Futura sofa/loveseat? I am currently looking at same furniture maker and can't find any information either. Did you buy the furniture? If so, have you been happy with your purchase?

I am also looking at a Futura. It is not clear to me how the top/split leather in this compares to top grain. Would it be desirable to select a sofa that was top grain on the seat and back cushion (areas that were touched) and split leather on the side and back of the sofa?

Did anyone get an answer to this? I'm also looking at a Futura sofa seat, "top grain leather" here in 2018. Thank you.

Still wondering in 2025. So mysterious lol

Purchased ours in 2022, 30 months later the paint is wearing off. Thats right the color was not dyed it was sprayed onto the leather. Baers tells me that the warranty was only 1 year. Oh and we were told that it was from California - found a tag on my ottoman that says China. So much for being told the truth.
