hgtv home flooring by shaw

Hi-
I am looking to carpet my stairs, hall, and 4 bedrooms and came across HGTV Home by Shaw Delicate Style III 100% Anso Nylon in my local carpet store.
I haven't been able to find any reviews on it online, but it seems nice
fw 48.8
twist 6.10
density 2,662
and the Nylon is a 6 not a 6.6 and it has a 20 yr warranty.
I called Shaw and they said it is a new product started in 2012 but the Anso fiber is the same as has been used in their other carpets.
If anyone has any opinions or knowledge of this carpet I would appreciate your input very much!
I am also considering Smartstrand Organic Luxury but am a little skeptical on its wear on the stairs I'll be getting a medium beige color) and the HGTV Anso Delicate Style III is quite a bit less expensive on sale.

Did you choose HGTV carpet by Shaw? We are looking at it and I cannot find any reviews or experiences with it.
