      I have these dining chairs and they came with the slipcovers. Several choices for the fabric on the chairs and slipcovers came with them.

      Stanley Furniture. I believe they are from the Long Cove Line. I bought my set probably 5 years ago. Went to find the arm chairs and it looks like they don't make them any more.
