If you slow the blower to much you are taking a chance of freezing up your indoor coil. maybe you should be taking some temp. the indoor coil. If you know the different speeds of you blower and what the size of your air con. is
you should be running 300 too 400 CFm per ton of air con. Most co. want 400

I wouldn't go lower than 350 cfm/ton and if I did that, I'd want to make sure the airflow was good across the coil (as above) and have the refrigerant charge double checked.

I just checked my temp split and it is 20.5 degf. I will check the cfm tomorrow.
What is a normal cycle per hour?
I was told on for 10 min and off for 5 4 times per hour.

The time on and off cycle would depend on a lot of factors. size of home, how well equipment is sized to the home, indoor temps, outdoor temps, and air movement in the house, good or bad duct system. 20.5 is a good hi deferential
I donut think you would want to go any slower on you blower There are points in you coil that the temp goes down close to freezing. so if you have a lot of condensation running down the coil so it slows your air flow down just a little more you will start to freeze. Later paulbm

3 cycles per hour on average is what I'd look for (I certainly wouldn't want it going on 4 times per hour on average). Some thermostats let you set the CPH average.

Any time you adjust air across coil ,you should recheck the refrigerant charge.
